Vaidhi Nathan – CEO

Vaidhi Nathan is an experienced business and technology leader, who successfully created and managed leading edge technology companies in Silicon Valley, California. Mr. Nathan was recently nominated and selected as one of the top 12 industry leaders and influencers in the security and surveillance market.

Mr. Nathan has about 30 years of industry experience and has a broad technology, video, camera, analytics, and software background. He has proven success in customer and market growth, team building, product creation and delivery, and growing overall business.

Prior to IntelliVision, he was the President and CEO of Sirius Systems. He worked in senior engineering and product management positions at Ingersoll, ATP, and Cimplex, before starting Sirius.

Mr. Nathan was an adjunct professor and taught Master’s level classes at Santa Clara University.

Dhaval Ajmera -VP Executive of World Wide Sales

Dhaval Ajmera currently our Executive VP of World Wide Sales, is a Global Business executive with over 20+ years of proven success in high technology Sales, Marketing, and Business Development. His experience encompasses public and private companies such as Sun Microsystems, Ceva, Mosys, Emuzed and Verismo Networks.He has successfully lead high-performance teams to record breaking revenues, while maximizing profitability.

Mr. Ajmera has a MSEE from University of Florida.

Krishna Khadloya – VP of Engineering, Products, and Delivery

Krishna Khadloya has served as Engineering, Products, Delivery, and Support since November 2015. Mr. Khadloya is a seasoned technology and people leader with experience in building and supporting innovative products in Cloud, Mobile, IoT, and performance testing/monitoring areas, leveraging geographically distributed and talented teams.

Mr. Khadloya served as VP Engineering at MobileIron, an Enterprise Mobility Management company, since March 2014. He was VP of Engineering at Keynote Systems, a public, cloud-based web and mobile application performance management company, since 2006. Prior to that, he held various senior management roles at Keynote Systems and Mentor Graphics, an electronic design automation software company.

Mr. Khadloya holds a Master’s of Science degree in Computer Science from State University of New York, Albany, and a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science at Pilani, India. He has also attended the Executive Program at Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business.

Sheri Becker-Controller

Sheri Becker is the Controller for IntelliVision Technologies, and has been with IntelliVision for over 6 years. Prior to IntelliVision, Sheri was the Controller at West Coast Linen, a commercial laundry located in Gilroy, CA with over 500 employees. Sheri has over 25 years of finance and administrative experience in the manufacturing and service sectors.

Krishna Yarlagadda -Chairman of the Board, IntelliVision Technologies Corp.

Krishna has over 25 years experience in processors/system architecture and real-time communications and was CEO of Hellosoft before it was acquired by Imagination Technologies in 2010. Krishna worked/was involved in several successful companies including Sun, ZSP, vEngines, SiliconSpice, Intoto, Chiplogic, and eSilicon in Silicon Valley, and serves on the Board of Directors of Ineda Systems Inc. and NetSpeed Systems. Krishna served/serves as senior advisor to Parakletos Ventures, Newpath Ventures, Riverwood Capital and IvyCap Ventures Krishna has been recognized as a “Technology Pioneer” by the World Economic Forum in Davos.

Kanwal was the first Indo-American Founder & CEO to take a venture-backed company public on the NASDAQ, co-founded and built TiE into the largest global network of Indian entrepreneurs, and co-founded Inventus where he applies his full energy and time building Inventus into a leading early stage venture franchise.

Eric Buatois – Board Member

Eric Buatois has 15 years of active venture capital experience with BGV since 2013 and with Sofinnova Ventures as a General Partner from 2001 till 2013. He is a lead investor who truly enjoys building global companies and has demonstrated experience in executing spin- offs from large companies. He serves on the boards of several companies in the US and in Europe, including Crestatech, Crocus Technology, IdentityMind Global, Intellivision and Profitect. Eric served as Chairman of the Board of Upek from inception until 2009 including IPO filing in 2006 (and ultimate acquisition by Apple, Nasdaq: AAPL), Chairman of Crocus Technology from inception until January 2010, Chairman of Laszlo systems until its merger with Critical Path, Inc. Eric was instrumental in raising Sofinnova Ventures VI fund ($250M) in 2003 and Sofinnova Ventures VII fund ($375M) especially with international Limited Partners. As a venture investor, Eric Buatois participated in several M&A transactions and 2 IPO filing , and helped raise $600M in venture financing.

Eric Buatois has extensive experience as a private company director, having served 3 times as Chairman of the Board and participated in 4 corporate spinouts.

Prior to becoming a venture capitalist, he spent over 20 years in the Computer and Telecommunications industry. He held several senior management and operational roles at Texas Instruments, Hewlett-Packard and Ericsson. He also negotiated, created and managed a joint venture in Sweden between HP and Ericsson. In his corporate roles, Eric pioneered and led the development of several very successful products such as Texas Instruments digital signal processors for the cellular market, Hewlett- Packard’s telecommunications products Opencall and Openview and Ericsson’s operational support systems for telecom networks. Eric has also driven several acquisitions and major partnering activities in addition to having managed large organizations in different locations such as Japan, Singapore, USA and Europe as well as managing sales forces on a global basis. At the joint venture between Hewlett-Packard and Ericsson, Eric built a software business of several hundred millions dollars in the management of telecom and networking infrastructures on a global basis.

Eric Buatois, 56, is a French citizen and resides in the Bay Area with his wife and 4 children. He enjoys outdoor activities, such as fly fishing, scuba diving, hiking, skiing and golfing. He is involved in various European activities to grow and stimulate innovation.

Eric received his MSc In Computer Science and Communications Engineering From Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications in Paris in 1982 and graduated from INSEAD Advanced Management Program in 1991.

His investments include UPEK(AAPL), Cortina Systems(INPHI), Hellosoft(IMG) and Laszlo Systems(Critical Path).
